To play, run Qake.exe and select "New Game" from the menu.

The default controls are:

up: look up, use.
down: hop down (use with jump), look down
left: move left
right: move right
ctrl: fire
z or enter: jump
r: switch weapon

Controls can be reconfigured in the Customize menu
